We are committed to ensuring a smooth, professional and luxury fulfilment process from start to finish.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & LEAD TIMES
All items are available on a pre-order basis only and are custom-prepared with intention and care. While we occasionally have select stock on hand, this is rare and not guaranteed. You are welcome to call us directly to enquire about availability; however, to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend assuming the standard lead time.
Turnaround Times:
– Bundles and Lace Products: 7–10 business days
– Custom Wigs: 10–14 business days
– Custom Colour Wigs: An additional 5 business days may be required
These timeframes reflect the two key phases of your order:
- Procurement: The arrival of your specific items from The Don’s trusted supplier
- Preparation: Our signature touch — refining, customising, and perfecting each order to meet The Don’s luxury standards
If items are available immediately, we will prepare and deliver them much sooner. However, all orders should be placed with the full lead time in mind.
2. DELIVERY OPTIONS & TIMING
We offer two fulfilment methods:
– Collection (default option)
– Courier Delivery (local only)
Local delivery is offered at checkout and adds an estimated 2–3 business days to your turnaround time. Please note that once the package is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for any delays in transit.
For international delivery, please select the “collect in-store” option at checkout and contact us directly to arrange international shipping. We currently ship abroad using trusted couriers such as DHL and FedEx on a case-by-case basis.
3. DELIVERY LIABILITY
Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses or courier-related issues.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier service directly to resolve the issue.
4. REFUNDS FOR DELAYED DELIVERY
If, for any reason, your item does not arrive within the stipulated timeframe, and you are forced to pursue a backup solution, we will honour a 100% refund — without the 5% transaction fee or any shipping deductions. Your peace of mind is our priority.
