RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We believe in fairness, clarity, and standing behind the quality of our products.
If something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist with integrity and care.
Please review our return and exchange policy below before making your purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined here.

1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
– The item is unused, unwashed, and untampered
– Lace remains uncut and intact
– The product is returned in its original packaging
– The return is initiated within 7 days of courier delivery

If these conditions are met, you’ll receive a full refund, less:
– 5% transaction processing fee
– Any delivery/shipping costs already incurred

Where possible, we will first aim to resolve the issue or offer a suitable replacement. If no resolution can be made, the refund will be processed as outlined above.

2. PREMATURE PURCHASES

If an order is placed without acknowledging the lead time stated on the product page, we will still accept a return — provided the product meets all standard return conditions. The same 5% and delivery deductions will apply.

3. Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not guarantee immediate exchanges. If an exchange is approved, it will follow the same turnaround as a new order. We always aim to assist, but kindly note that ready replacement stock is not always available.

4. COLOUR ADJUSTMENTS

While we strive for precision in custom colour work, please understand that lighting and screen settings can significantly alter how colour appears in photos.

– If the colour result clearly does not match the inspiration image you provided, we will take full responsibility and make the necessary adjustments at no cost.
– If the colour accurately matches the reference provided but you are still dissatisfied, adjustments can be made at an additional fee.

5. CUSTOM WIG REFERENCES

We take pride in bringing your vision to life — but clarity is key. When ordering a custom wig, it’s essential that your expectations are clearly communicated.

– Please avoid sending too many conflicting references, as this may lead to confusion or misinterpretation
– If you’re unsure, we strongly encourage booking a consultation to finalise the look and align on a single, clear reference

We want to ensure we’re all on the same page before your wig is crafted. This significantly reduces the risk of dissatisfaction and ensures you receive exactly what you envisioned.
